From the moment I spoke with Elizabeth she was very professional and she explained that the plant I wanted was not currently available. She offered to go directly to her wholesaler except it would take an extra day for delivery. The next day she not only put it together exactly the way I wanted but she also texted me a picture as it was a gift for someone.
